Details
Adrian Olsson Ashton was an Australian architect. Born in Adelaide in 1906, he studied at Sydney Technical College and went on to become one of Sydney's leading domestic architects. He was president of the New South Wales branch of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects and, in 1951, became a Fellow of the Institute of British Architects. He was also the first president of the New South Wales chapter of the National Trust of Australia. In 1964, Adrian Ashton was awarded a CBE for services to architecture in Australia.
